Trying to keep to a healthier diet today, I started the day with egg whites with turkey and tomato, had a little chicken noodle soup in a bread bowl from Panera Bread, and ended my day with this recipe:

1 Jar of Ragu Chunky Mushroom (any kind of marinara you like will do)

a handful of broccoli pulled apart

4 ounces of chicken grilled

1/4 of a tomato

3 cups of dry Bow Ties

Very simple recipe.  Start a pot of boiling water. Cut up the chicken and season it any way you like. I used garlic powder, onion powder and Italian seasoning myself. Cook it any way you like, I did so on the foreman grill for 5 minutes.  While this is happening, put the sauce in a sauce pan and put in some chopped up broccoli and tomatoes. Put your pasta in when the water is boiling and cook it. Once the chicken is done, feel free to put it into your sauce pan and stir it up.

Reduce the heat to low and let it warm up as you finish cooking your pasta. Once you are done, combine them all and serve! The results are delicious!
